Do you mind elaborating a bit more? I am not quite understanding what you are experiencing with this ability.
It is not just an issue but THE MAIN ONE.
Warriors toolkit are just excessive compared to all other classes.
Let me give you an example, my exilliration has 2 min CD and heals for 30%.
Ignore Pain effects results in almost the same effect for 12 seconds CD.
I just made a post something like this but i guess i’ll put it here.
Make Defensive Stance also reduce rage generation by 50%. Huge damage nerf to warriors riding D all game and they cant spam ignore pain while sitting. It encourages stance swapping.
Would be a nice nerf to damage and survivability while at the same time punishing bad warriors.

I do not think it is. There are other issues when combined with this make them very strong on the defensive side.
If you are wanting comparable abilities, then Warriors should get an immunity as well.
Key thing to note here is:
You are different classes. Comparing the strength of abilities, especially with classes that are so fundamentally different isn’t a good argument.

Thats a good suggestion but won’t sufice. Warriors which press that button still be a problem compared to all other classes.
if die by sword makes 100% parry all physical and magic and ignore pain goes for 2 min CD i’ll agree with you hands down in a split of second.

Warriors has already MORE defensive abilities than hunters. Check.
A warrior defensive which has 12 seconds cooldown are close to be equally as a 2min hunter defensive.
“classes are different” is a really bad argument, considering all of them are based on addition and subtraction numbers.

Hunters are also designed around being able to kite, therefore they should have less damage going on them overall.
Warriors are always in the middle of a fight, which is why they have more defensives.
Again, comparing the toolkit of different classes is not a good argument. If you want every class to be identical, then an MMORPG is not for you.

This would be a great change. The thing I notice right now is you have people just macroing Ignore Pain into their dps buttons (Bajheera does this) because the cost is so small it makes sense to just spam it on cooldown.
There’s a lot of warriors above 2900 in 3s right now I’ve legit never even heard of. So something is definitely off.
How did I ignore everything? I gave the design reason why warriors (and most melee) have more defensives.
You explained the concept on why warriors has more defenses (i never said it was wrong) my point is that warriors has already more defense AND one of these defenses has 12 seconds CD and has the same performance as mine which has 2 min CD.

Yes, and all other melees defensives are ok except Warriors.
So the reasoning is something you agree with, but you still don’t understand why it has the same performance as a 2m CD?
The reason is simple. You have more ways to prevent that kind of damage than a warriors.
You, as a hunter, have feign death (with a legendary that removes dots, including bleeds!).
You also have the ability to deal damage at range, which means you should be taking less melee damage overall since you can position yourself in better spots while keeping pressure on the enemy team.
You also have an immunity and camouflage (which can be handy).
The fact that warriors are more vulnerable to damage does not justifies everything.

So 80 rage to use ignore pain? I mean that would pretty much kill the ability. If that’s the intended purpose why not just remove it completely?
No.
If warriors intention are to drastically defend themselves they must do less damage, they must antecipate this costs decreasing their use of rage.
They will have the option to defend themselves.
Other classes (melees included) don’t have this choice every 12 seconds.
