Just to touch on this: The forums isn’t a means to debate anyone’s case, let alone try to change the outcome of an account action.
To be frank, you don’t have any rights. Blizzard own the accounts and the players are just renting them from Blizzard. They’re within their right to shutdown any and all account they see fit and not give any reason for such.
