Seems worthwhile, especially combined with Ascendance for big PvP burst (if you can get peels/cc chains from your partners so you can turret it).
Generally I hit Icefury on cd, unless I know some planned movement is just around the corner. Only needing to hold IF for a few seconds. Its a 1 min cd, so you really dont want to hold it too long.
Generally, I prioritize ES > IF > LB for MotE

On the paper it does sound great.
The thing is that Ascendance is really hard to pull in PvP, the enemy just needs to interrupt a couple of lava burst to make your strat fail pretty hard.

And lest say on the last Row, Stormkeeper is still priority over Icefury right?
If i go ascendance, should i just spam Lava burst and ES? Forgeting about IF in the duration?

Seems simple enough to use. If it’s up, use it. Don’t waste Lava Burst charges (i.e. keep below 2 charges). Earthshock still priority if you will overcap maelstrom.
Also, it should outperform Primal Elementalist if there’s lots of movement, which there always is.
I would suggest spending some time with the target dummy, maybe Hekili add on. Just to get used to the rotation. Drop hekili when you feel like you got it down.
Good call on Torrents. Threw that on, squeezed a little bit more out. Sometimes I have blinders and only look at deady/quick.

I only play random BG’s and WPvP, so this is much easier to pull off for me.

Well m8’s, with the 10% int buff from a mage, my Lavaburst are hitting for 21k Damage each to a target with flameshock and i only have 2 traits.
LOVING IT

Hey bois just a little update here, im using the “meta build of the day” and im doing better damage.
Getting better parses that last week in the first 2 bosses, from blue and green in the first and 2nd boss to purp ones today.
