Turn off Radeon Anti-Lag. It’ll get rid of the stuttering in Hallowfall

Holy crap, I think this fixed it. Thank you!

Still get small stutters in Dorn when players are loading, but MUCH better in Hallowfall and overall.

9800X3D, 9070 XT, 64 GB (two sticks) 6000 MT RAM, WoW on NVMe SSD.
