  • You can always walk to the dungeon
  • You can always not use fly mount to get to locations
  • You can turn off quest-helper (no quest location shown)
  • You can always /say Hey, would you want to team up for _________
  • You can always read quests and get an idea what to do

I won’t be playing Classic. Totally not fussed and immune to the obvious fake hype people cause on social media. (Yeah sure, it’s nice to have nostalgia, not saying you can’t)

Most people will play Classic for no longer than 1 week. Mark these words.

We will have people that are gonna play classic for a lot of reasons ; if it dies in a week ? who know . . . just enjoy what you are playing even if you are playing alone.

Except classic has a lot more differences than that.

I enjoy retail. I enjoyed vanilla at the time. I’ll try classic and see if I like that too.

I don’t think anyone who is playing retail really cares that others are playing classic, I hope they have a great time personally.

Their continued interest in classic supports retail. So it’s actually win win, all good.

Or you know, maybe the game is kind of trash? Legion had none of those problems.

It has been brought to my attention that any discussion that includes Classic needs to be moved to the Classic Forum or you will get flagged to oblivion.

I believe that is, unless you hate Classic, then its ok to post here.

Some people, such as OP, really get their Jimmies rustled every time someone likes something they don’t like. Some players will only enjoy Retail or they will only enjoy Classic, and that’s ok. Retail and Classic can both exist in the same universe. And many players, including myself, will appreciate the ability to play enjoy both. And that’s also ok.
