If you use the "abbreviation" "plox"

Doesn’t make any sense. Stop it right meow.

Plox comes from plx, a mistyping of plz that in turn is leetspeak shorthand meaning “please.” Leetspeak is an 1980–90s internet language known for shortening words and substituting numbers and special characters for letters, which is why plox is sometimes written as pl0x, with a zero for letter O.

Thanks google.

Look my days on gaiaonline in the trenches have left me with so many deep mental wounds.

It ain’t leaving.

What year is it?

any form of leetspeak is bad.

that said, waaaaaay better than some of the slang nowadays.

I can’t even recall someone using that; I only see “please”, “pls”, and “plz”.
