If You Use Raider IO, You Deserve M+ Leavers

I use m+ to fill my guild group if we're short a dps. I'm not looking to see if you have a 1k score and going literally off the number it shows me. I'm looking at how much m+ you've done, were they in time, and what levels. If you have a bunch of failed +4s and one +9 done in time, guess who I'm not choosing for my 10 key? If you have a bunch of 7-10s completed in time and a couple failed ones, I know you're at least a somewhat competent player. I'm looking for consistency, not a magic number. Experience also helps as well. If you've never done a temple of sethralis key, I'm not bringing you to my temple key. M+ was a way to introduce CHALLENGING content that wasn't just mythic raiding. Think of it as mythic raid but with only 5 people. We could call it mythic dungeons! You don't expect mythic progression guilds to bring in people who've only done normal do you? Same concept. Groups who use IO are looking for a filler who has proven they know what they are doing. Is it perfect? No, I've gotten my fair share of good IO score players that are actually just terrible. But it's better than going off ilvl, or nothing at all.
