One thing for sure I don’t think these forums are toxic. I must be one of those type of people that don’t let things bother me on this forum or in real life.

The gold standard for toxicity in an MMO for me is still the old Fel/Tram flamewars of UO.

I come from f2p mmorpgs of all shapes and sizes. WoW is very tame.

Even the most entitled or toxic people here pale in comparison to what I’ve. It gets worse in the discord. Although it can work the other way, paying for a game does generate a better community in my opinion because you know there’s atleast some investment.

That said, I do have to feel bad for the mothers of all them FPS forum posters. Sounds like they are the true victims.

I mean, that’s CoD we’re talking about here, do you even expect anything other than toxic behavior coming from the community of that series (can’t even say “that game” since one comes out every year)?
