I’m sorry to say it happens a lot when I felrush or use my normal rotation. I blame blizz for making my regular rotation also my aoe rotation.

I used to go to Darn before we burned it down, (on my alliance char) simply to kill squirrels and moths while running in circles.
But they proc Gift of the Titans if I kill them in Horrific Visions. 
I’ve been to the critter war zone.
