To actually answer this [dumb] question:
It depends on how badly the natural dungeon forming community is impacted.
Dungeons require people. If there are not enough people left to form groups in reasonable time because everyone is simply resorting to RDF, then no, the option is effectively non-existent.

Because the obvious answer is no duh it does.
