what are the sizes of their pvp communities relative to their total playerbase?
IDk, everyone refers to you as He, pretty sure I’m right.
“[12:19 AM] Well I wouldn’t
[12:20 AM] I saw him use
[12:20 AM] Turnips in ashran to boost dps
[12:20 AM] He would place a turnip and spam zombies on it”
Bragging about Epic BG Dmg
lol
i put turnips down on F5 so people sit at the turnip and cap the flag instead of getting killed by glads. the ashran toys let you have a little fun with the dps, but thats open to anyone. even without a turnip and ashran toys i have thousands of games exactly like that SS i posted.
I mean an entire epic bg community and their leader says they can’t even vouch for you.
you mean the leader so tilted that i called his bad call bad that he completely ghosted me, a move not even Zeela did.
No, it isn’t “the best”.
It’s anemic at best.
A 25% increase in loot frequency would be spot on right now.
I mean I’d understand if it was only him, but it’s not, multiple others.
his inner circle doesn’t really count as others, its sort of a cult at this point.
Don’t feed the trolls boys.

technically not true, I been playing around with holy priest ray of hope, mc and ray enemy burst them and they dont think they taking damage and then they go splat lol, it’s funny
That doesn’t address or invalidate the statement you quoted in any way. How successful WoW is compared to other MMORPG’s wont tell you how good it’s PvP systems are or even if it’s PvP systems are better. Even throwing out the tons of variables we can’t account for and just doing a straight comparison of population of PvP still doesn’t tell us how “good” a PvP system is, just how popular it is. Population includes a ton of factors outside the actual PvP system like marketing and player perception.
Now, if your goal is “Design a PvP system that has a high population of players compared to other MMORPG’s” then the answer to your questions has some weight. That’s all besides the point. The meaning behind my post was to say that WoW’s PvP gearing system is not scientific law and just because you disagree with how it works doesn’t mean you shouldn’t like MMO’s.
Then why did you mention other MMOs PVP? lol Kinda pointless you used that for your argument then.
AND even if so, we have no numbers saying the majority is either happy or unhappy with the current pvp system. It’s total speculation based on a very small sample.
I actually preferred the gearing systems where you bought honor gear and it never had to be upgraded, i think in like mop. a pair of legs costed 2200 and that wass it, now it costs around 7000 which was fine when shadowlands came out.
I think the upgrade system for conquest is fine.
i have no issue with conquest gear or points my only issue is with how much/long it takes to get a full set of honor gear.
i think the issue now is a fresh 60 trying to get full honor now vs when every1 was a fresh 60 is a huge difference
fresh 60s today with 168(crafted)/ 158(fresh honor) have a horrific time trying to get their honor gear so they can start doing rbs/arenas
i think at this point blizz could remove some upgrade levels of the honor gear or just make it all sell at the vendor fully upgraded for a cheaper price than 7k for upgraded legs
its fine to be out geared but just not by so much 158/168 doing bgs with teams who are mostly itm lvl 200 or more
I don’t really know what you’re getting at. Either you’re avoiding the point of my post and trying to invalidate it for what reason I don’t know or you genuinely missed the point. Either way I’ll break it down.
This sentence
There are MMO’s that have gear independent PvP.
was said to support this one
Gearing disparity in PvP isn’t an “MMO thing”.
which was said to point out that a gear dependent PvP system is not intrinsically tied to the MMO as a genre. Not even to MMORPG’s specifically. The reason I made this point is to address that the title of this thread doesn’t really hold weight. None of that relates to how popular wow is compared to other MMO’s, which is what you brought up.
AND even if so, we have no numbers saying the majority is either happy or unhappy with the current pvp system. It’s total speculation based on a very small sample.
This doesn’t address anything in any of my posts, so I don’t know what you’re getting at. I never talked about how happy or unhappy the player base is, if we have accurate data to assess those metrics, or how it relates to anything.
Pretty sure Blizzard thinks about that when they make changes. If many people are happy with the current system, what would be the motivation to change it?
Congrats on being wrong. If you were right I would have been banned for evading ban which is a violation of CoC. However, since I’m not him, I wasn’t, and wont be.
Interesting. He was referring to Rankoneboost who has stated that they are fifteen years old and yet you reply to his comment on age.
