My two biggest complaints about shadowlands or wow in general is the removal of stuff like mounts(Tiger mount from original zg, the raptor from zg, the bear from ZA, The proto drake mounts from naxx and the one that pissed me off the most the brutosaur. I have the gold now but sadly cannot get it except from the black market auction house where it is always at or near gold cap. I wish they would stop removing this stuff and give people something to collect if they so choose to it isn’t hurting anyone.

Got monk to 60 first, then rogue, then DK, working on Druid and Spriest. Maybe hunter and mage next.
I have done a few M2s on monk and rogue. Loved Mplus since legion. It’s been iterated since, only improved. Low loot drops is similar to legion drop rate.
I want to get back into PvP with some new classes and specs and may try to push my rating into +1500. I have never really practiced the high level stuff, macros with arena targets or focus target stuff. But I want to this expansion.
I didn’t test beta because I wanted to experience the expansion for the first tome when it released. Did legion beta but it ruined the launch experience.
Also trying to balance life with WoW time.
My authority comes from 15 years of playing this game. SL is good. More player agency than BfA. Less rng. Higher I’ll items are an upgrade if secondary stats are not optimal.
So you just level alts over and over but don’t really dive too deep into the endgame, it seems.
Fair enough. I could see someone in that situation liking SL much more than any other expansion.

Saying an expansion is better while simultaneously comparing it to the worst expansion in WoW history doesn’t really give much merit to your statement. ANYTHING would have been better than BfA.

Your authority comes from getting to lvl 60 and shelving the character to do it again. When you actually do all those things you say you want to do, get back to us.
So far, I’ve done up to a +6 and should, next week, get H Sludgefist down at the very, very least. What I have done is pretty casual, making what you have done relative to your confidence in this expac… interesting.

Actually WOD did kill wow. The servers being merged at the end of WOD because people quit en masse.
The introduction of pathfinder was a blizzard extending olive branch to bring players back.

Gaming forums are not the place to see this. This is where you see people talk about what they want to see changed in a game or their issues. It is rarely about their positives.
I can’t speak about in game as I haven’t had the motivation to try SL, other games have kept my busy lately but still a gaming forum isn’t what you should base a game’s experience off of.

Your main post has truth to it, but you…you’re either a troll, or have an extremely brown nose.
SL’s theme is the best since WoTLK IMO, but there’s a LOT of valid complaints/feedback. Not always valuable, but still valid.

I mean personally I’ve been keeping up with the weekly Renown chores when they unlock but other than that nothing else seem important anymore.
It all feels too stringy and unrewarding for my time sunk in.

My dude. It is not a personal attack to tell someone whose only experience with a reptile is petting a ball python at county fair that their opinions regarding proper reptile care don’t hold much value.
This is essentially what we’re doing here. It’s not an attack, it’s more of a “play more, do more, see more, then we can actually talk because you’ll have more knowledge of what you’re defending”. If you think asking you to do your homework before presenting a debate is an ad hominem, I don’t think this thread can go anywhere useful.

I think SL is a decent xpac at least, but there’s nothing to be gained from trying to convince people to not give feedback and instead just quit.
People quitting without leaving feedback is literally the worst thing for an MMO developer.
