Monks can’t seem to get a response from Blizzard on the Monk Beta Forums. WHY? Maybe they accidentally keep missing the monk beta forums? Just issue a blue post saying your working on something BIG! 1min of your time
Go look at the MONK beta forums to get a better understand.
Near the bottom you’ll see how hopeless monks are getting.
Blue Post Count
Mage = 3
Paladin = 3
Death Knight = 2
Hunter = 1
Shaman = 3
Monk = 0
Rogue = 1
Warlock = 7 << can’t even give monks 1min of ur time?
Demon Hunter = 3
Priest = 5
Druid = 11 <<< Like what?
Warrior = 3
Wow monk is the only class to not receive a blue post. Maybe they haven’t gotten to monk yet??.. in the multiple months now. Blizzard could at least issue a blue post saying something big is on the way. Takes 2mins.
Pretty much all our covenants are still bugged and don’t interact in anyway they state so how can we even test them properly. We’ve had bugs on the beta which have been there since day 1. How can we test anything on the beta when nothing works correctly? Blizzard claims to be in the tuning phase already as well. Plenty of Monk Feedback on the Forums!
Sloot had a depressing interview with Monks from the community. Check it out. Even Sloot said it was depressing talking about monks.

This isn’t okay Blizzard. Monks always get released broken. Plenty of Monk Feedback in the forums as well. No reason to focus on mages/druids so much. Give the other smaller specs a chance!
WW/MW/Sub/Surv << All specs that get ignored every time
Moderator: Using the words “Blizzard” and “blue post” in your title to call attention to your post is a violation of the forum rules. Edited title to remove them.
Monks aren’t in the same position as most other classes - they aren’t broken every release despite you saying otherwise.
I get arguments for poor scaling, or bugs that exist - even though I am unaware of what these bugs are but monk players insist they are a thing and expect me to simply just know or just take their word for it.
In other words - you’re not worst off. Your class isn’t broken. Your class is consistently pretty enjoyable in all three specs and numerically fine if at worst slightly below average.
Having the same SEF bugs for multiple multiple years now is broken. Or when we released and most of our AZ traits didn’t work. STILL have some of the same bugs with our AZ traits to this day! Or currently how most of our covenant abilities don’t work .
I think we are unique in this problem of being ignored. Easy for the warlock to sit there poking jabs when your class gets 7 blue posts. Blizzard can’t even give us 1min to say something to assure stuff will be fixed or they know we have problems.
For WW? Some of them, yes. Some of them have existed for 3+ years, like FoF keeping us locked in combat and SEF clones not attacking targets or not attacking your target or just standing around randomly.
For MW? Most of the bugs are with our class updates and have existed since we went into alpha, yet have gotten no attention.
WW and BrM still can’t use one hand/two handers despite being listed in the class updates post from April. MW still does not have healing spheres despite them being listed in the class updates post. And we haven’t been told whether or not they are even coming. How are we supposed to test and give feedback on something that isn’t implemented?
The only thing they can do is up the healing and damage to make people notice. I rather enjoy my ww and can do good dps with him, but why grab a decent monk when you can grab a DH who can do more?
Coding is hard with the current mechanics. One time your wonderful green roll sprint could be abused where you didn’t move too far. This class needs a hammer and a nail though. ( FIX IT )
