I would have Illidan Stormrage being eaten by a Nightsaber while he was training to be a Druid because he was bad at Druiding.
Iâd make it so that Azshara and her followers either became Naga via wild magical mutation from the collapsed Well of Eternity like before, or alternatively make it the result of some desperate spell Azshara cast using the energy from the well.
Either way Nâzoth, and subsequently Old God influence in general, is taken out of the equation.
All the blood elfs were killed by the scourge.
Iâd make Garrosh never go to Draenor so we wouldnât have WoD.
Voljin doesnât die.
Garrosh didnât become corrupted by the Sha so we wouldnât have WoD.
Tirion didnât die just so we could have the ashbringer.
and as a bonus change, magni didnât make the ashbringer an anime sword, but instead, a traditional paladin hammer.
Oh, he could make it a magic anime wand instead!
Wow, I never noticed how much I hated the fact that the Ashbringer was an anime sword and not a hammer until now.
Volâjin spent his dying breath not appointing Sylvanas as Warchief.
it wouldâve been cool to get an ashbringer skin thatâs an updated verigans fist model (the og paladin class quest hammer) or something.
but then again, the 2h arathi alliance hammer doesnât look quite right to me either.
why are there no gnomes that RP being magical girls, that would be hilarious.
If WoW had no limits for character names, I would definitely roll a Gnome Mage with Engineering and name her âConstanze Amalie von Braunschbank Albrechtsbergerâ
I really want a warcraft anime now.
just filled with other the top anime-ness.
Canât be done. Anime is all about young people. Warcraft is 99% old people.
It always annoyed me that they killed off Tirion for such a reason when they couldâve just as easily rendered him physically unable to wield Ashbringer while still keeping a pulse. He couldâve stuck around as an advisor/mentor type of character through Legion; but no, turn him into a glorified lootbox for a feature that will lose relevancy by the end of the year.
I canât say that I mind Ashbringer itself being a sword, though. I will admit that I am heavily biased however, as I absolutely love swords and have no love for hammers. I will admit that a hammer technically would make more sense, though.
Iâm a huge fan of Garrosh Hellscream. I really liked where they were going with his character through Wrath and Cataclysm. Then in Mists, they seemed to have thrown his character completely in the garbage. I would change that. I feel like in Cataclysm, they were grooming him to become a really great warchief.
Nightborne would join the Alliance (instead of Blizzard redressing a blunder they made 12-years ago, by blundering again in the exact same way).
Khadgar shaving his beard off.
