I’d make it so that Azshara and her followers either became Naga via wild magical mutation from the collapsed Well of Eternity like before, or alternatively make it the result of some desperate spell Azshara cast using the energy from the well.

Either way N’zoth, and subsequently Old God influence in general, is taken out of the equation.

it would’ve been cool to get an ashbringer skin that’s an updated verigans fist model (the og paladin class quest hammer) or something.

but then again, the 2h arathi alliance hammer doesn’t look quite right to me either.

If WoW had no limits for character names, I would definitely roll a Gnome Mage with Engineering and name her “Constanze Amalie von Braunschbank Albrechtsberger” :smiley:

It always annoyed me that they killed off Tirion for such a reason when they could’ve just as easily rendered him physically unable to wield Ashbringer while still keeping a pulse. He could’ve stuck around as an advisor/mentor type of character through Legion; but no, turn him into a glorified lootbox for a feature that will lose relevancy by the end of the year.

I can’t say that I mind Ashbringer itself being a sword, though. I will admit that I am heavily biased however, as I absolutely love swords and have no love for hammers. I will admit that a hammer technically would make more sense, though.

I’m a huge fan of Garrosh Hellscream. I really liked where they were going with his character through Wrath and Cataclysm. Then in Mists, they seemed to have thrown his character completely in the garbage. I would change that. I feel like in Cataclysm, they were grooming him to become a really great warchief.
