It’d be a dream come true to see these races as full playable races.

I pretty much got everything I’ve wanted, being able to transmog white and gray gear, I would like the back of the shoulders to be longer and blend in with the cloak or not flap around, I’m able to use this dress now, the undead with no bones showing.
I would like the chance to go back and earn those phoenix mounts that I never did get around to getting in Mists of Pandaria but I’m ok without them.
These are not complaints I’m pretty happy with what I got.
Remove timegating and have a deterministic loot system. Make it so that seasons don’t greatly change the gear level so that it isn’t that we basically have to re-gear every few months

I forgot, and this one is a bit of a complaint. I would like for heirloom gear to be meaningful again, as it is I don’t really even bother, I was so proud of them when I got them back in WOTLK, it should just level with your alts all the way through.
The Warlock Idle casting animation “LocReadyCast” we were suppose to get back in Legion when the other classes had their animations updated. I won’t go into detail here though, as there’s a lot to unpack.

Blood elves and void elves can speak to each other in Thalassian. I chatted with someone while doing a quest in Dragonflight it was pretty cool.
Worgen tails would be cool I think. Worgen get like no love! Lore is like “you’re a bastardized transformation of a perfected druid swimmers not an actual race and you’ll like it”. It was bad foreshadowing from the beginning.

An expansion similar to legion but with a race hall instead of a class hall. I think we need an oppertunity to really explore the lore of our races and Legion did that very very well with their class halls.

Honestly, most of these feel like small or simple requests. I see no reason why most of them would not work 
A few of you got a bit squirrelly though and I appreciate the enthusiasm lol
I can think of many "one thing"s, but none of them are exactly small.

AIs are a thing now, so let us have real conversations with NPCs. A murder mystery could be a real murder mystery story rather than an ordinary quest chain with a murder mystery theme.

Make political factions more of a thing. Gain reputation with a political faction and it will affect the quests and storylines you see, and who sides with you and who hates you. Alliance and Horde are just political factions.

Get rid of obsolete NPCs or give them a reason to live. So many food vendors and class trainers in an era where healing is cheap and skills are free.

A slot for Felguards (like Hunters have for their second pet) for their weapons transmog. Also, more Felguard transmogs.
Any form of a tech themed class, ideally a trinity, or dare, quarternity spec’d class.
Community mostly knows this theme by Tinker, which I’d happy accept, but a more generic theme like Artificer would be most welcome as well!
