If You Bid On An Item And Then Buy It Out It Doesn't Refund Your Bid

Right now if there is an item on the AH and you bid on it, and someone else buys it out, you get your initial bid refunded via mail which states you were outbid. This is untrue however if you are the one to outbid yourself, in that case it takes your initial bid AND your buyout bid and keeps both.

Example:
I bid 10g on an item, someone else buys it out for 20g. In this situation I get my 10g back and the other person gets the item for 20g

Example:
I bid 10g on an item, then decide “you know what I’m just going to pay the 20g and get the item”, and so I buyout the item for 20g. In this situation it charges me 20g for the buyout BUT doesn’t refund me my initial 10g bid, meaning the item actually cost me 30g (10g for the bid + 20g for the buyout, which is 10g more then the max possible buyout for the item).

This cant be working as intended and needs to be fixed because it’s really dumb how this currently works and I’m sure this has cost a lot of people money over time without them every realizing it.
