If you asking for refunds

if your’e asking for days refund on a $15 subscription then you should not be even be playing any kind of video games.

Period

not true. If they are charging for a subscription based service then they are responsible to make sure you have that service.

Everyone asking for refunds has a $0.15 check in the mail. What’s the issue?

No.

Not trying to be “that guy” both sides of this argument are crybaby bred…With that being said…When you agree/sign the TOS you forfeit that right…They aren’t required to supply you with 100% up time…lol I’d take some rested XP in lieu of lost time though.

You are getting what you are paying for.
You pay for Access to WoW servers when they are available.
Not WoW:BfA or WoW:Classic and not specific server to be up 24/7

2 days credit like in vanilla fam

Lol, what? Are people really asking for a refund? I mean I get understand 100% get that this game is subscription based, but still. It’s really not much.

I don’t want a refund I want to be compensated for the days I was unable to play. I don’t blame blizzard they are victims as well but I pay for a service that has not been provided for 48 hours so far and I would like to be compensated for it.

Do you know what you are actually paying for is my question? Its not 100% uptime how do you explain maintenances and updates and things of that nature.

Specific servers down for a small portion of those 48 hrs you mean.

0/10, we have seen this type of post before. No one was convinced then either.

Good day.

Ya but if you play on a certain schedule do to personal life job family etc. that time frame could be your whole day.

I understand your arguments but there is a difference between up time due to game maintenance which is told in advance and downtime because of DDoS. At some point they must refund time. not saying its 1-2 hours and 1- 2 days but if attacks continue and it becomes 5-10 days unplayable they would have to give something. Downtime is expected but eventually they either refund time or lose subscriptions.

You have service. Blizzard is currently servicing the servers so that you can maintain an enjoyable gaming experience. Blizzard is servicing you, by making sure you have an enjoyable experience when things are up.

In Vanilla and TBC they would give everyone free play time when things got messed up. (But that was a different company)

Things happen and sometimes Blizzard can’t fix things right away, they do work hard on their end so we can enjoy their product, they do sometimes compensate when things go awry but they can only do so much, just got to be patient, it’s not like they are doing this to us to see us suffer. :sparkles:

they should give everyone 1 day for the ddos attack. and 1 day for this botched maintenance. why are some playing and others cant connect?

Ok guys if its 100% blizzard fault then you can ask for refund , for example if the servers are down for 1 week. Then its completly their fault and then you can ask for it.
Back in the days ( wotlk ) people couldnt log in for days and there was a lot of topics for refunds etc.
Nowadays people want to play on Streamers realms and they sit in que for like hours. Instead they can go to other empty realms but they kept asking for more realms when we already had few empty ones like more realms would solve the issue that every1 wants to log in to a streamer realms lol
I personally play on High pop realm and didnt waited once in a que  it’s great.
So please dont ask for refund because you choosed to sit in que for hours.
