Weird how being offensive to anti GDKP noobs gets you insta banned, but being offensive to people who enjoy GDKP is np.

I think it’s very telling that one of the reasons Blizzard gave to stop supporting GDKPs is that it erodes conventional guilds.
And then people, seemingly supporters of GDKPs, come to threads and say that GDKP detractors won’t be able to join DKPs or PuGs.
They always fail to mention just good old regular guilds, that will take regular people and finish the content just the same. I think that’s very telling.

12 drops in a 10 man raid with 6 bosses is more than adequate. If playing this game makes you feel misery and pain you have problems that go beyond what anyone here or at Blizzard can help with. Go see a counselor.

Making things easier is rarely ever a good thing. I’m not talking about QOL, but speeding up the process to gear out, makes the items less valuable and less fulfilling when we obtain them.

its not a problem, loot scarcity is part of the games intended design, i wouldnt mind if they did add like 1-2 drops a boss at 60, 2 is low, but we have also existed under those drop rates forever and been fine. Its not like a burning issue that the devs must fix because they took the ability to buy your bis out

You’ll be replacing all your items if you’re lucky enough in the next raid, and they are introducing tokens to help with the bad rng for set items I believe. There are also great alternative items you can get in other areas.
I understand the need and want to be full BIS every phase, but the fact that it can be a struggle is a good thing, even when you lose a roll on the item. Someone’s loss is always someone else’s gain. If we all win, then we all lose when it comes to gearing out.

I’d like a system that doesn’t take advantage of my time for no benefit.
I have never GDKP’d. Currently I have 5 lockouts in a row with no gear(still don’t have a full tier set it just doesn’t drop)
If it wasn’t so close to P2 I would probably just quit as this system just doesn’t value a players time. People like me are starting to wonder if it’s even worth the bother. So I think it’s a decent idea to up the loot pools. Why? Because I’ve spent 2 months on 3 day lockouts and I’m still not fully geared. Seems weird no?

why do these grey parser types dislike the concept of getting your best set of gear? why does this bother them so much?
Perhaps it’s because even if THEY got good gear, they would still be blue parsing?
Maybe it’s their best mental defense against their inability to perform well?
