Some real scary classes out there if they existed and could interact with the average person in either capital. Which class would you most not want to meet in a dark alley?
Warlocks, no contest.
Demon Hunters.
I’m a Demon.
It would all turn into a Predator movie really fast…
Priest.
They’re just as warped as Warlocks but have an unnerving innocence to them. Like how children in Horrors are always the worst because they seem innocent enough… then start talking in latin and spinning their head around.
Shaman.
Nature is way scarier than culture, and even worse when combined with.
Shadow priest, not only do they have twisted intentions like the warlock, they’re also likely to give a sermon before killing you. They also play with the mind more. Imagine mouths erupting from your skin or some other horror.
Fury warriors. Especially Zandalarian
Probably a rogue like i think being a criminal is their whole thing yah
Shaman is only the elements, I think druids and their ability with animals including things like spiders would be scarier as far as nature goes. Druids can also control vines and other things.
Think about how omnipresent air and earth are.
There is NO escape.
Even your lungs will betray you.
Deathknight. Cos undead + horror = deth.
At least you still understand what happens. Shadow priest can literally make you live out your worst nightmares without dying. Just going mad
Understanding is its own level of horror.
The water in your body boiling…
the air in your lungs expanding, or becoming a storm cell…
The split second of the earth roaring as it splits open to swallow you whole then
nothing.
Mind you druids can do the last bit. Go go Malfurion!
Warlock or Shadow Priest.
You can also kill your enemies through suffocation by creating a vacuum around their head. Either that or we both watched too much Avatar the last airbender.
I actually wanted to veer away from that because it’s probably the first thing that comes to mind.
Making a storm cell in someone’s lungs imo is cooler.
Obviously.
Kel’thuzad cult of the damned, so mage would be pretty interesting to see.
Hunter would be interesting as well, you think when misha was in heat rexxar would just let her ravage a village of sporegarr while he went and hung out with his eagle?
I’ll prove shadow priest is the worst.
A man finds himself walking down a dark and deserted alley. A sense of trepidation fills him as he realizes how quiet everything is, he sees a figure but cannot make it out. “Hello!” the man tries to greet. He desperately hopes the figure will respond in kind and his nerves can be soothed. Yet the figure remains silent. The man slows his pace and wanders if he should turn back. After all he had no idea who this stranger was, they could be a murderer for all he knew.
“I’m just trying to get across the alley,” the man states. Carefully he inches closer to the figure, but than a fire erupts where the figure had been standing. The man in a panic tries to run the opposite way, but a fire blocks his path in the other direction as well. He can’t see a way past the mounting flames and the smoke has begun to burn his throat. He coughs as smoke fills his lungs.
The fire has reached him and he can feel it burning his skin. He tries to cry out in pain but finds no sound as his mouth has been sealed shut. Desperately he tries to escape the intense inferno, yet no matter where he runs the fire is always there, the burning is unbearable.
Suddenly he see’s water, he is unsure where he is, all he knows is that he needs to put out the flames. He dives into the water, and the flames disappear. He tries to swim back to the surface, but it is no longer available. He can feel his oxygen depleting as he struggles not to drown. Just as he feels himself losing consciousness he awakens in the alley.
Looking around in desperation everything seems fine. He was back in the alley, his skin no longer burnt and his lungs once more capable of air. He feels his face in relief finding his mouth.
“The pain it was so real,” the man half whispers. He staggers his way the rest of the way home going over what exactly happened. It was so easy to remember the horrific pain he had felt. Yet as he approaches his home he tries to put it all behind him
Opening the door to his house he is horrified by his discovery.
The bodies of his family lay strewn out in front of him. They are disembodied and he cannot look, he tries to flee. Only to be met by an angry mob. The mob declares that he is to blame for his family’s deaths. They scream out for his blood, stabbing him with their pitchforks calling him a murderer.
“Don’t you think that’s enough,” a priest says to his friend.
“Oh, but I wonder how much further I can take it,” the other laughs.
The two stare at a man, the latest victim of their mind games. His eyes wide with horror, and his body never having left that cursed alley.
Okay so yeah shadow priest are terrifying
ps hope there aren’t too many typos I wrote this up as fast as I could.
shadow or disc priest
