I would probably be playing FFXIV:AR
Its a good MMO with an active roleplay community, with freqeunt (in terms of MMOs) expacs.
And lalafel are adorable.

City of Heroes.
Who am I kidding? I’m playing that now! No other game lets me fly/jump/super speed around with an army of robots, raining down destruction on dozens of enemies at a time with a character I’ve customized down to the color tint of their abilities.
probably an MMO with tinkers
an MMO with expansion that i could rank
Then choose one.
I left Everquest to play Warcraft.
If WoW didn’t exist, I’d imagine I’d be playing either EQ1 or 2, alongside FF14 (as I’m doing now).
FFXIV actually is my main MMO atm. Shadowbringers is phenomenal.
I know right?! Its soooo good!
Watch your sodium levels, it can be bad for your health
you and my doctor can’t stop me from drowning my rice in soy sauce, thank you for the concern though i hope you have a good day
None, I’d spend my free time chasing my chickens around my yard.
Probably an MMO where I RP a rebellion in the dang Horde capital.
Im so excited to do the new raid tonight. I watched the first boss guide and now my FF8 nostalgia is in overdrive.
In that case keep playing WoW
No not that Horde, a different one.

I tried it. I couldn’t get into it despite being a typical Star Wars uber nerd
Its pretty fun if you approach it like a single player game with a few multiplayer tricks.
I would try again but I can’t really focus on more than one game at a time.
I’ve tried, but I always end up gravitating to just one of them and abandoning the other. And I don’t want to leave WoW or the people I’ve met.
At the end of the day, it’s the Massive Multiplayer part that makes MMORPGs work. So many people start because their friends are playing and only stay as long as they do because they enjoy playing with, talking to, or otherwise interacting with the people. Even if the interaction is just silently running instances so you can get awesome gear/mounts to show off in the middle of town. Players can be content too.
Because Lord knows I’d never play CoH, WoW, or many other games if they were released solely as single player only experiences.
