oh im chill, ill be having a good laugh watching all the “2800+” dk/dh players be hard stuck 2200 next season cus their comp is awful.

The current iteration of DH and DK are alone overly toxic and unfun to play against. It was a tier 1 comp before people even started using the pve items. The first couple of weeks when i grinded out my glad it was just regularly geared dh/dks out there. Fighting them still fight like an uphill unwinnable battle. Then everyone started using the diamond-barrier. Then Crucible dropped and now DKs and DHs are outhealing their rsham/rdruid healer that run around a pillar in bear/wolf. No single DPS spec should be pulling over 5k sustained HPS right now including Destro. I refuse to play arena with the pve gear working as it does. This was the season I wanted to try to push for my first R1 in. My class was brokenly overpowered after receiving three buffs in a row and a lot of the specs I hate were looking terrible. But I went from queueing 150 arena games a week to not queuing a single 3v3 in a month.
Disable the PvE Absorb items and lower passive zero counterplay self-healing or I and many others (assumption) will continue to not play arena.

I dont think its a secret around here but I absolutely hate playing against disc. I hate the idea of healers dealing damage meaningful damage. The design idea behind disc drives me up a wall. The class didn’t used to be what it is now. For the last couple seasons that I’ve played, the spec serves as a dark arch bot for jungle, cupid, and RMP. But, this thread isn’t disc. It’s about how god awful dh/dk is with the pve gear.

Couldn’t agree more, death knight and demon hunter in 2v2 or 1v1 situations is already on the edge of broken and they decide to buff one of those specs and create a bunch of tank trinkets that can be used by dps in pvp zones.

Cant believe we’ve seen like next to no balance changes this ssn and trident and diamond thinggy have been running rampart.

Been a baddddd badddd season. Things like void stone make my main comp of WMP that much harder to run. The extra defensive is uber game breaking. Not only that but void stone can also bug and re-proc so there goes the counter play of just trying to burn through it.

Its like the only viable up tempo comp thats viable right now is rmpally.

Tbh everything is just horribly tuned this season, thats realistically the largest issue.

It’s not really fun at all because of it, pacing of the game is just terrible, PvE items ofc make it worse.

There definitely are teams that will be dramatically unduccessful ofc, it’s just that everything that is good isn’t even very rewatding. The gameplay is super linear.
