Currently this season with all my partners quit, correct. In wotlk i was almost glad multiple seasons. Duelist starts at 3%. Being 100 off Glad isn’t far off but again you can ignore the rest of my post that explains the difference between RF and heroic is minimal. The proc is all that matters and the proc across all tiers are very close in damage to the point it does not matter.

why would anyone good at pvp waste their time doing lfr with 25 morons vs doing a organized raid who are there to kill bosses? lol

Its literally the most face roll experience ever, half the raid can be afk.
You fish for trinket and weapon then go again next week.
Unless this is new to you pvp players arent playing because they like pve. Most of us only do the minimal amount required. RF is perfect for that.

Exactly it’s literally just a short faceroll that serves as a little bit of RNG protection if you have bad luck with normal drops.

LFR later on puts bait in. also LFR is the only raid that takes pvp geared players. Some of us don’t work up 2 sets of armour. we do the pvp set.
Later wow it works out when versatility comes. Its then pvp has a less junky stat in pure pve.
SL as an example I did lfr to get a quest reward for my pvp hunter. One run, got memory, made my pvp legendary.
It was better than 2-3 weeks of mythic+spam, pray to rng gods for vault hits that don’t suck. to now make the normal people happy to take me in.
WoD then legion, etc also put low hanging fruit in flr. Stuff to me not worth the normal effort really. LFR? sure. 1 month in it usually cleared up to be much less painful.

I was originally anti-RF until pretty recently. I don’t think Cata is in any position to be cutting any end game content. It already lacks so much. Though, I am not going to quit if they don’t do RF, it would just be a poor decision by Blizzard.

They are adding heroic+ dungeons soon.
But this version has the same content WOTLK had.

If lacking, some things hits some dead ends fast. Legion is dead no lfr. most order hall stuff was tolerable to lfr it. It didn’t need normal runs…slum that in lfr.
There is a fun little quest you must collect say 30 items from EN raid. Run 1 will only give you 29. It trolls you. 1 item…will be 1 more EN run next week lol.
and there would be surge of raid leaver threads. Why the hell is every EN run dropping 15 people every boss. answer: they got that 1 item off nightmar dragon boss 1.
Or…in theory in a LFR free legion we casuals go okay…you all made us come here.

Yup yup, just waiting to hear if it’s only 359 or if heroic gear will be obtainable through 'em. If it’s only 359 Heroic+ will be inactive pretty quickly. We’ve had like 5 months of T11, there’s no reason not to open up Heroic+ to 372 / 379. Just make it expensive imo.
I very much agree. I could be wrong but I am pretty sure Blizzard had originally said in Wrath that we will not get LFD and they ended up adding it anyway. Yes it was added with ICC originally, but I vaguely remember reading that they weren’t planning on adding it at all. Could be wrong?
If they follow the wrath model they’ll drop 359 gear and a currency that can be used for 372.
