See I got that point. From her perspective this is all going to get redone anyway and yeah surely a few years of hardship is worth it for an eternal paradise.
What is not explained is why she believes this Jailor dude is legit. He freely admits he’s the procuring cause of Arthas and she later learns the Burning Legion as well. She doesn’t even attempt to investigate any other side to his story. Just takes him on his word.
And what’s really weird is the Jailor doesn’t appear to be lying about people rarely getting paired with their loved ones in the afterlife. Outside the ex Shadow Warrior and his BF in Ardenweald I don’t think we see anyone with their spouse or children or even friends.
That’s like her one valid cause and it goes completely unaddressed. We install Pelagos who says he’s going to be a bit more compassionate with this judgement thing but honestly SL seemed to be generally working fine. You only got sent to the Maw after millenia of refusing to repent in Revendreth which seems reasonable enough.
Seems like the main problem could’ve been solved by just letting people go visit other realms for family reunions or conjugal visit. But that never comes up.
So I’m very confused what the point of any of this was.
