you’re not very good at being disingenious are you?
“The Mag’har Orcs from our reality exist because way back when, before the whole opening of the Dark Portal and the invasion of Azeroth, we had Gul’dan working for the Legion. The orc warlock used his magic to spread a disease known as the red pox amongst the clans. This outbreak was the worst in orcish history. Months passed and hunderds perished from the powerful plague. Many of the victims contracted the pox during one of the orc’s Kosh’harg festivals in Nagrand. Led by Chieftain Ner’zhul, the clans met there to discuss their current troubles. As the kosh’ harg ended and the orcs began their journeys home, some displayed signs of the pox. The afflicted included Chieftain Garad of the Frostwolf clan, Durotan’s father. Ner’zhul feared that these orcs would spread the pox to new victims so he urged Garad and the other plague bearers to remain in Nagrand. They would go on to construct a new village to house the affected and keep them away from greater orc society. Though the thought of not returning home filled Garad with great sorrow, he saw the wisdom in Ner’zhul’s words. The last thing the Frostwolf chieftain wished for was to spread the pox to his family and clan members”
The Mag’har are a faction of orcs who remain on Outland and have separated themselves from the other remaining orc clans that fell prey to Magtheridon. The Mag’har are settled in the stronghold of Garadar in Nagrand
an outpost that is barely used and hasn’t existed that long is a great deal different than actually being near fel
and there’s quite a distance between the outpost and the pools of aggonar, the the mag’har generally avoid
They are same people with different skins nowdays. Same as how High Elves and Blood elves are two different eye colors. But that doesnt change why high elves are not allowed and Mag hars are.
the same reason that the LF, VE and DI are.
while they retain basic characteristics they also have time or infusion that causes the more basic systems of who they are to be different.
there is some overlap yes…but that’s to be expected
with the Quel’Dorei the only difference is eye color and political allegiance
their architecture, their fundamental beliefs on magic, their religious beliefs, their combat styles, military structures
they don’t have different skins, they have different eye colors which isn’t something that they’re stuck with as me and you are
if they feed off of (or are in close proximity to) certain types of magic their eye colors shift alongside that
the well being holy/arcane mix could very well result in blue eyed elves and golden eyed elves and logically has no reason not to
it’s a rather arbitrary allied race, even more than the dumb crap that resulted in void elves being a thing…but atleast they have corruption that’ll slowly alter them and maddening whispers to set them apart
and it’s not basically the difference between a republican twin and a democrat twin
void elves were a mistake in general, but the color thing makes sense, we know what the void does to those that delve into it and have for awhile
they’re a cool concept they just came out of nowhere and shouldn’t have been a thing
i still think they should blur the factions, atleast for the PC’s, we’re simply soldiers/champions
why should we care or be restricted based upon what our homelands do?
the in game world is also a fraction of the size of the actual world
they don’t “literally” overlook them, they do in the game because the game world is small as a matter of importance (playability)
