I suggest buffing VT to do damage instead of healing. That way they can nerf their damage in PVP and not gut them in PVE. Only if shadow is crazy out of pocket in PVP

All I read was “buff Starsuge by 400%, increase max range by 50 yards, remove global CD, remove CD, and heal caster for 200% health over 2 seconds”.

While I am excited for P2 Shadow after having a blast in P1, I don’t quite understand Blizzard’s choice to make Mind Spike 35 yards and letting talents carry it to 42. Surely they learnt their lesson from SS last phase…

You can extrapolate the power level of Shadow because knows how strong they are in small scale PVP in Era and look at the runes/changes they got that patch any weakness they had.
Same way everyone knew Hunter was going to be OP before the game came out and that Warrior was going to be dunking on people with % damage increase runes and full consumes/worldbuffs.
I personally think spriest deserve to be dominant in p2 considering they were the lowest of all specs in p1 along with ele. Even if SP is strong they will still die in 2 sec to any phys dmg class.
No they wont lol. They are insanely good into physical classes with extra armor and shadow form. Even hunters whos tactic was to just mana drain a sp out of range or they die now have to deal with homonculi and shadow fiend.
I think that is a pretty unhealthy philosophy for a game. That just encourages everyone to reroll to the new FOTM every phase and nobody is having fun.
I think between fear>Disperse>fear you will be fine. You can probably kill any melee with that while ur dots and pets are chipping away at them, especially if you can sneak in Mindespike/Mindblast because of fear pathing.
you should look ahead, for example, rogs are getting cheap, prep. step etc I really hate having to explain this crap to ppl its tiring asf. certain classes are already 10x stronger than others in classic and now in SoD some of those are even stronger. its not unhealthy to think lower tier rankings should be moved up and to have some sort of dominance. in p1, shadow priest were last in pve dps and pvp overall. use brain man

They had all that in era and still lost to Spriest. Now they won’t be able to get any resets because Priest can trinket Blind and they have pets keeping Rogue in combat. You can disperse through his burst. and Shadowstep which was Rogues best addition in SOD isn’t helping much in the Priest duel.
Unless Mutliate is so strong that you can just PVE them down I think Rogue is going to get smacked.
Just because your class sucked in p1 doesn’t me you get to be broken beyond belief in p2 (well actually you do) without being called out on it at least.
