then affliction should be able to as well. The whole having to spec it for pvp is ridiculous. That pvp talent could be better used for something else. I feel like the devs dont even play their own game anymore. Affliction has been bottom of the barrel for how long?
Having it on multiple targets isn’t really useful in pve to be fair. You put it on multiple targets im pvp for the dispel protection. Needing to apply it to several targets in pve would hurt our gcd budget

But yes UA should be a dynamic spell in 2024. Been saying this for a while now. Let it do reduced damage based on how many targets it is on.
why would it be a bad thing? If it has no effect in pve then it shouldn’t matter. It was huge for pvp, especially for bg’s/rbg’s. No need to reduce it’s damage.
