Title, I want to customize my mounts on my alts but have 0 desire to re-farm any of the cosmetics. Why is this aspect of mounts arbitrarily gated behind characters?

Are they? They don’t show up on my druid alt.
You just have to go to the customization place. Maybe relog next time the servers are up? But they are indeed account wide.

They are, but you have to customize each characters mount.
In one way its nice that you can have separate customizations for each character, but also annoying to go through many alts to do so.
Theres a customization pad thing in Valdrakken that makes things easier if thats where you set your hearthstone to.

I had the same problem quite a bit back. I thought it was per character too. Then it just started working.
