If i unlearn Jeeves/engineering, Can I re-learn him? Cant find an answer

Hi

I as the title says I unlearned engineering months ago, have since lost my jeeves and just leveled all the way back up to northrend engineering, gathered all the scrapbot recipes and am farming for the quest item currently. But if i type in the quest ID /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(12888)) It comes up as “True” meaning ive already completed the quest and been given the schematic.

What do i do? How can i make a jeeves with no recipe!!

Have you tried the engineering relearn book from Dalaran? I never tried it but I thought that’s what it was for.

Pretty sure Jeeves is gone for ever…
