That’s for current stuff.
Depending on how long you’ve been playing, there’s a lot of old stuff left to acquire. Legion class mounts, Legion class stories, xmog, pet battles, etc… There’s a lot of great content out there, just, not with Shadowlands at the moment.

Raid, M+, or PvP.
Outside of those 3 things, you can create your own end game. Maybe that’s collecting mounts, transmog, pets, etc.
Outside of all of that? Probably unsub.

RP, pvp (battle grounds or wpvp for kicks and giggles), pet battle, farm old raid for mogs, mounts, pets and toys, world dailies quests, fishing and auction house game.

The game is old enough now that, if you haven’t jumped into it too much, there is quite a bit of collecting that can be done. Achievements, transmog, titles, pets, mounts, etc.

Pvp, Twisting Corridors layer 8, old achievements, Mega dungeons coming out in 9.1 etc.
What could you do in Vanilla - WoD? Only end game was raid or pvp.
collect all the SL pets, mounts, appearances
get the Sojourner achievements
professions
make some gold
and most importantly…
get your parasol.
endgame content isn’t intended to keep people occupied day in and day out.
there’s a massive world out there, full of “non endgame content” stuff for you to do.

In Legion was Suramar.
Endgame content has always been highly overrated, imo. Its only important because the devs tell you it is, and then lock the best gear behind it. Take that away and see how many players still participate.

Well there is always PvP, achievements, collecting things like mounts or battle pets. But if you decide to count out a huge chunk of the PvE content, you shouldn’t expect too much.
Well, what exactly are you looking for? There’s a lot to do in this game, just not a lot of current things I personally find interesting at the moment.
