And who am I racing against in the non-mulitplayer races?
Oh right, no one.
Fine have everyone start with 3 in the multiplayer one, but let players start with 4 or more in solo races depending on how many vigor slots they’ve unlocked.
It’s already easy enough because you’re passively regenerating vigor the entire time. There’s no down time whatsoever. I got gold with ease when I made the effort to on one of the races. As long as you stay on track, it’s not hard at all.
I used the 3 vigor move to gold a couple of the races.
It’s not used in every race though, if you’re struggling to gold a couple make sure you take advantage of the Updraft skill whenever the next ring is above you, don’t just 45 degree and fly direct at it that’s much slower than just using updraft.
Get creative with th bronze teleport skill, if the distance between the finish line and the 2nd last ring is far, place it on the finish line and teleport to the end as soon as you touch the last ring.
If the 2nd last ring is close to the finish, have a look around the start and see if there is a tree branch or a cliff that you can teleport to during the countdown.
Its because 6 vigor makes it too easy. The races are harder with 3 vigor and thats ok, its supposed to be a timed PVE race…not an easy mode joke of a challenge. If we had 6 vigor for the advanced courses, it would be a joke.
I did most with only 4. I was over halfway through the advanced races before I went out of my way to get the rest of the points. I also made gold on every race before I moved on. Having full talents made it much easier for sure.
