I am a purist in every sense of the word but if i could go back in time and change one thing about classic, it would be the ability to do quests while in a raid… just one big happy family always together.
Mine would be to change the way in which they handle quest giver griefing.
Remove DHK.
If a player kills a civilian, they get a debuff called “Dishonorable” which is res sickness, but the value is 95%. Lasts 10 minutes. Does not share to raid/party. If they manage to kill another civilian with this debuff active, they can no longer attack at all for the duration.
If a zone is uncontested, such a Barrens or Durotar, where horde players cannot be attacked, then non-guard NPCs can also not be attacked and will not attack players.
Civilians cannot be hit by AOE abilities, they have a lot more health, and a very high chance to dodge. If they’re attacked, they will run away.
1.7 AV. This remains the biggest lost opportunity of Classic.
Og AV was the best and it should’ve never changed.
Bonus gear drops from raids when nobody in the raid has world buffs.
Just remove DHKs. They don’t serve the purpose they were introduced for. If someone wants to grief civillians they can do so now with no repercussions (getting pvp downranked doesn’t mean anything if you don’t care about your pvp rank).
I just want RTV and BL to spawn in AV again
That and bring on the mine layers!
