Does that mean I will also unlock All mythic vault items and tables for future vaults,such as one armed bandit but I can’t use dinars on oab since I didn’t kill myself? For the mount chance it’s a drop for the raid kill group and a roll to whoever gets it? Or is the ce mount drop personal loot chance each kill?
Yes, all lower bosses are added to the vault pool.
Mount is tradable if someone else gets it, but they won’t trade it to a carry unless you paid for that.

Why, there is almost no time left in the season and you want to pay millions for a ring?
If you are doing it for the mount sure I would say go for it if you have the spare gold for it, if you are going to buy tokens for either just a carry or a mount run not worth it, and if your main goal is the mount, but the loot is a side effect, then wait until the end of the expansion when a carry is cheap.

If you kill Gally, you can use dinars on the ring.
For the mount, it is personal loot that auto-appears in a few people’s inventory but it is tradeable between members.
Though always double-check what would be the biggest gain, upgrading a jastor’s diamond from heroic to mythic tends to be weaker than say, upgrading a house of cards from heroic to mythic.

Yes if you defeat mythic gallywix, it will allow you to purchase the jastor diamond on myth track with the puzzling cartel chip.
You will not be able to purchase myth track house of cards unless you defeat mythic one armed bandit.
However, defeating gallywix does unlock all prior raid boss loot in your vault - so house of cards and best in slot can show up in your vault.
The mount is personal loot. You can pay extra gold to guarantee that someone else trades you the mount but there is a chance that you just receive the mount yourself as personal loot

Why think of buying? You are almost there.
If you are in a Guild incapable of Mythic Raid kill, get a new one. Work for it, step it up and get it done. You may not have enough time to do it for this Season but you could prepare for it for the next Season.
On me, i dont wish of getting rewards that i dont deserve. How would i brag the mount to others if i didnt get it myself?
Pay your Carrier. Pay them also to get you invitation test to join their guild. Pass it. If it means beating them all in DPS, Do it. It would guarantee you CE mounts every Season… and the best part is you would deserve it.

Don’t buy CE
1: If you want the mount it’ll be available next tier too at 100% drop chance and much cheaper / easier.
2: The dinar value doesn’t matter with the next tier less than two months away.
3: If you want the achievement to open up doors for you or for any other reason than personal gratification then it’s really easy to tell it’s a boost.
