If Horde gets Ogres

Honestly I would prefer Murlocs to Vykrul.

The Alliance NEEDS a more warrior like race, and what better race then the fantasyified giant Norsemen! I mean yea sure on paper they are just “giant humans” but hey according to WoW lore ogres are just “giant orcs” so it works perfectly!

…Has any indication of Horde Ogres ever been a thing?

Sounds fair.

Why are we operating on the basis that horde is getting ogres? Why not just make a thread that says you want Vrykul?

I wish we had giant humans just like the norn in gw2 but that’s not going to happen.

You did not specify what kind hence why I posted my original response. But this is kinda off the point.

Alliance can get Broken Draenei.

You’re dense man. Thought it would be obvious considering what we are talking about in this thread.

Ogres, I’m here for the ogres.

If Blizzard would ever show some love to Worgen we are supposed to be 8 feet tall.

I agree.

It’s a fair trade-off.

With cross-faction coming Horde could get a toaster race for all I care, give more races in general even if Alliance gets 5 or more!

I felt and still feel the same way about Blood Elves in the Horde. Even the Vulpera fit thematically in the Horde.

Shoot I even question the Forsaken and their “alliance of connivence” in the Horde.

To all those people that says naga for the alliance.

There is no one that love naga in the alliance and tyrande would go berserk if someone even suggests it.

They would go horde since some had helped the blood elves and have some understanding with the 2 people.

ALL the Horde races joined the Horde for an “Alliance of Convenience”! Except the Trolls, perhaps

There’s a whole town of Ogres that are Horde aligned in Dustwallow.

They’ve also historically worked together so it’s a little weird that they’ve never been playable.

Vrykul are a garbage race, though. The last thing Alliance needs is yet another human variant.

And the Tauren, they joined out of gratitude to Thrall.

Given the Horde’s actions in the last few years and Thrall’s general absence, I don’t see any logical reason they would have stayed with the Horde but that’s another conversation.

Yeah, I know we have ogres we ally with. I am just talking about from Blizzard. Has there ever been any indication that its something they are/would consider? I am not opposed to new races. I just wonder where the ogre desire comes from.
