Not 60 yet but will be running Sub Rogue/Frost Mage in 2v2 and RMP in 3s. There are a handful of high rated players running and streaming Rogue/Mage at high ratings right now, double dps is definitely viable. Not sure about Destro, though.
If you are worried just run with a healer. Healers do not suck right now, not sure who told you that. Disc, Rsham, and Hpal are all strong right now.
