In Wrath classic the IF first aid trainer is unusable, she won’t let anyone train in first aid at all! This is on the Bigglesworth server.
Just a question, did you try logging out and back into the game to see if she works?
Sometimes a minor disconnect can make the NPC’s not work properly.
Logging back into the game should fix the problem.
