If ever you apply for a guild

Everyone knows that only elitists have hands to type things out.

Casuals have to make do by mashing their stumps into the keyboard and that makes it hard to do anything but play a DH.

as if not having 240 ilvl is the reason they, as a ranged dps, got hit by 6 spitefuls in the last key they ran

Man, I haven’t had to go to an outside website for a guild since like 2003 for EQOA.

Things made up by the bad players of the wow community for $600. It’s not elitist for not wanting to play with you and its not gatekeeping you either you are always welcome to form your own team.

I’d be interested to see if any CE guild doesn’t have some sort of application process, because I’m pretty sure they all do.

you don’t get to CE by inviting dudes from trade chat

read one question as , what guild were you in before for how long and write a short essay on why you should be chosen.

Damn those gatekeepers, proving that I have to be able to communicate to be successful in a team environment.

There are plenty of guilds out there that struggle to clear heroic deep into the tier post nerfs. That might be a great fit for you since they usually don’t require apps and spend a good amount of time on raid nights pugging healers/tanks

You mean like 90% of all guilds ?

Glad I’m not part of that 90%

That elite mentality is quickly fading away

My sub runs out this week, I haven’t raided in 4 weeks and I feel great.

See? Your not any happier in the 10% my point exactly

In WoTLK I had a top 3 server raiding guild inviting people from trade chat.

I love my raid team. If I ever return to this game, they will be the first group I reapply to raid with.

Ahh those were the good old days.

Dont get me wrong, I went through a lot of people. It was purely numbers and weeding through people who were not good enough.

We were also running a ton of alt raids and picking all the good people and trying to get them to join.

Back then you had millions and millions of players. Now you better be content with what you get and nvm the job interview
