Nothing. Those expansions are time locked and those cities can’t disappear. Northrend Dalaran went nowhere when Legion came out.
They aren’t deleting your class hall.

Imagine if we have a villain that snaps their fingers and we log in and everything we knew was gone. How mad would you be if nothing was the same again?
Wouldnʻt this new TWW version of Dalaran be the 3rd?

Its still there in the pictures. Its the top of the tower which is conveniently plastered into a small hill. 
(I kid, I think it got destroyed probably in canon, but you can always go back to the Legion content version.)
I remember in vanilla seeing the dome that the mages somehow pulled out of their butts to protect the city with. You know…after the Scourge ran rampant through it killing multiple archmages. Yeah they somehow rallied minutes after that to prevent Archimonde, a demon lord leader of the Burning Legion from eradicating the city.
Que it’s miraculous survival in WotLK. Let’s just say, this has been a long time coming. I like the city, but it should NOT have survived that in the first place.

Strictly speaking, there was a version of Dalaran chilling out over Kara for a couple of weeks prior to Legion. We don’t talk about that time though.

Supposedly a large chunk of Dalaran is missing in the Alpha so…it might still be alright but all your books thrown on the floor. Maybe under water but who knows, hopefully the cinematic involving Dalaran answers some questions and is wicked to watch occur
