If Blood Elf Males don’t exist

So people are telling me Blood Elf males don’t exist. If that’s true then how do we keep getting these pure full-blooded blood elves running around? Explain that to me because I am not buying it, I believe that there are fabulous blood elf males. And that people are just jealous of their beauty because they don’t know what to think of such males of a race because they are so fabulous with their gifted and perfected physiques and hair.
