Bots: bots are rampant everywhere and making it real hard for legit players to complete mob quests that are constantly getting insta gibbed by bots 24/7.
Economy: I think this is related to bots aswell but everything was good for a day or two now the greedy 2023 players are putting green items up for 20g+…
It just feels like SoD is becoming another (could of been something but blizzard turned a blind eye)
Part of the gold issue is quests at 25 giving 1-2g each.
That’s nothing a drop in the bucket compared to what bots are doing to the economy. There are a good chunk of early game gold sinks like vendor loot from silverwing and ACA rep. AH takes a cut of thatgold out of the market. But bots are the #1 reason for inflation and they need to be taken care of ASAP. This beta SoD will fail if Blizz refuses to take action.

The issue is not quest rewards, it’s botting and swipers not being banned.
Ban the gold buyers and the bots will go away as there is no profit incentive.
It’s not greedy to list at market. Be a seller and not a buyer and create a stash and then buy the good deals that you see.
BTW: zero confidence in Bliz doing much to combat bots

I find this bot posts dumb cause we all know blizz will do nothing. Bots outnumber legit players and its all profits to them.
This is a player created issue when we started doing GDKPs and buying gold. We have only ourselves to blame

if you do not think 60% or more player are not buying gold then you are in denial
Basically anyone who’s doing raids with full consumes is on Classic Era is buying gold because of this idea that you can’t raid without full flasks, stacks of health/mana pots, buff pots, and world buffs.

of course it is, bots can die in HC and lose everything, people can lose everything, and raiding is not the main focus. The mass community isnt fighting for pre-raid bfd bis.
You should be coming prepared with full consumes regardless, no one wants to carry you.
I have a job outside of the game I’m not spending literally all my free time farming because flasks are 2000g because people insist on cheating(buying gold) and screwing up the economy.
we all have jobs outside the game, try spending your game time more wisely, use your professions, be smart.
Buying gold is not necessary.
I just don’t raid and level alts instead.
I’d rather not have to come up with upwards of 3000g/week in gold.
