If anyone is having issues with wow crashing after installing latest nvidia drivers

here is a solution that worked for me:

  1. Download DDU from h ttps://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
  2. Download your nvidia drivers from nvidia, extract DDU and place it somewhere easily accessible.
  3. Reboot pc into safe mode, Unplug network card, Run DDU, click ok on option screen.
  4. Select your driver set Nvidia/AMD (Yea this works for both, instructions for amd are same.)
  5. Hit start, and wait for it to finish( less that 2 minutes) Once its done, Reboot back into regular mode and reinstall your video drivers.

Kind of long winded but hey if it helps someone, so be it.
