which one would you want to try out -
not necessarily GG WOW is dED post.
but which universe would you want to visit and try due to lore or interests.
personally i would love it if RIOT games made a mmporg .
of course i would play the yordle - aka furry gnomes.
and personally i feel like Riot games hasnt given up on the lore and stuff - though i personally hate MOBAS.
you are way way way behind on the news as thats already been announced.
im not interested, but what i would be, is a Diablo MMO universe.

A new Star Wars Galaxies. As long as it’s during A New Hope era.

oooh sorry what?
yordle mmporg?
I think an Assassin’s creed MMO would work very well.

I’d love to see a planetside 2 style game but for a modern military shooter, You’d have different countries with opposing factions where you need to hold cities/villages etc to take control of the whole country. There’s a lot of content possible with that model imo
As long as we get can get the superb multiplayer from brotherhood/revelations somewhere in there I’m in

How to Train Your Dragon. That’s a universe I would love to have a full, real game in and not the browser game that already exists. I’d love to be able to raise my own dragon, explore islands, potentially fight the big dangerous ones, and just the over all feeling of Vikings and Nordic mythos would be so cool.

Ubisoft already has a lot of assets in place for a “real world” portion as well. So you could have templars vs assassins in modern day with vehicles and assault weapons using Division and WatchDogs assets as a base, and then a near unlimited set of Animus options for the historical portions of the game…

ID … based off Quake III … what for me was still the most fun game of all time mainly the lan parties … nothing like a hotel conf room with tables of 17-20” CRTs heating the air and bakn in the nerd smell
I wouldn’t think twice before trying that game, that concept sounds really damn fun

I really wish there was an MMORPG set in the universe of Star Trek… oh wait.
No, on second thought, how about one where you can be a comic-book superhero… gah.
Then again, Star Wars is ripe for an MMORPG… D’oh!
Of course, Final Fantasy would make for a good MMo… oh.
Sigh. Out of ideas.

Mass Effect MMO would be really dope in my opinion. The Mass Effect 3 MP experience was already pretty awesome.
Of course, the problem is that this concept was also semi-bungled twice already. Andromeda already bungled the open-world / quest hub based design and then Anthem just completely bungled the Live Service / MMO-lite aspect, so while I think a Mass Effect MMO could be done really really well in the right hands, I’m skeptical of Bioware actually executing on the vision.

I’m awaiting the LOTR one by Amazon I believe it is.
But it’ll be f2p I think so yikes on that, plus I’ll probably need a new PC lol.
Diablo MMO would be neat. I’m tired of the ARPG play style of click to move and it’s unimmersive cam angle.
Amazon cancelled that LOTR game, sadly…

the world needs a star wars mmo set in the original trilogy
Setting isn’t as important as gameplay, this is what a long string of failed games and studios have failed to learn.
They all spend too much time and money on expensive IPs and graphics, and not nearly enough time answering the question: “What are our players going to DO once they’re done leveling?”

I don’t keep up with most news so thanks even if that’s sad to hear.
Shoot, and here I was hoping they’d get something great going for an IP that I’ve always liked.
