She has the ability to change between void and her current skin tone. Yet Void elves that we can make cannot.
You’d think though being so powerful n all that they could stop themselves from becoming blueberry coloured.

Being the first, she is much more mastered. Other Void Elves are nowhere near learned enough in the Void to disguise their true nature.
This is actually simple:
Alleria mentors them, she teaches them, she identifies with them, but she is not the same as them. They were altered in completely different ways with completely different physical results.
Alleria - carefully guided by Locus Walker for years in her journey to mastery over the power of the Void. Step by step she gradually increased her use of, and mastery over, the Void. This culminated in the calculated and guided draining of a Dark Naaru. She was, with Locus Walker’s help, always in control of that process.
Void Elves - Umbric and his followers were ambushed by Nether Prince Durzaan, whose intent was to completely unmake them and remake them into Void beings, without physical form, discorporate. Only at the last minute do Alleria and the Champion save them from that fate, and the partial transformation leaves them forever altered. No prior training, no guidance, no control over the process whatsoever…and a completely different process with a dramatically different outcome.
She is among them, identifies with them, but is unique. A void unicorn, if you will.

She can Identify as whatever race she wants to, comeon this is 2020

She isn’t a Void elf. She trained to master the Void so she would be more like a Void Warlock or Demonhunter.
The void elves on the other hand were forcefully changed. If she hadn’t stopped the ritual they would be void abominations.

Void Elves can actually be pretty pale- like this one- it’s only in combat that they turn bright purple. My main VE has yellow transmog that looks just like Easter when he 's in combat
