Identity Crisis quest, Chromie not in Valdrakken

Hello, I am trying to start the quest Identity Crisis! from Chromie, who is supposed to be next to the fountain in Dalaran. I am on my main (who I completed most of the quests with) and she is not there. However, she is accessible on my alts… who haven’t done all the quests.

The only place I can find her is on the Seat of the Aspects.

If someone can help, that would be much appreciated.

Have you checked to see if the next quest, “Who Are You?” is available from Emberthall?
