Ideal time to bail a non GDKP raid, as a carry?

You do realize I am specifically highlighting the flaws of the SR system, right?
It’s also a PUG, good luck making anyone commit to or promise to do anything.
I can’t believe you called me naive earlier lmao.

Who’s forcing you to bring the noob? Check his gear or check his logs, and don’t invite him. Or join a guild. There’s so many easy solutions to your problem that isn’t profiting off RMTers.

No it’s actually not, it’s sitting in a Chinese gold farmers bank waiting for an RMT.

Spoken like a true gold-buyer

Because 99.9% of buyers in a GDKP buy WoW gold illegally….pretty simple.

He doesn’t need to buy gold.

The buyers in his GDKPs buy it for him.

Botting injects gold which directly causes inflation.
Be careful not to confuse an inflated economy with oversupply (and therefore heavily reduced prices) on certain items.
Bots also inject huge amounts of raw mats, this is what crashes the price of things like flasks.

However, the cost of other things which cannot be bot farmed, such as epic BOEs, go up in price in-line with gold inflation.

if you remove bots, the price of consumables created by bot-farmed mats go up massively, as these now need to be manually farmed by real players. This effect heavily overpowers the deflation of gold.

Somehow the gold already existing changing hands is what makes it part of the game/economy?

You love to see it.

Great, so we agree that people buying gold from bots (chinese or otherwise, i don’t judge) is the problem!

This problem is going to still exist long after they ban GDKPs, it’s a shame they are diverting development and moderation resources away from the real problem to police player agency in game.

Dude what do you think a main way for botters to inject gold lmfao? The buyers in GDKPs who USE THAT ILLEGALLY BOUGHT GOLD.

I see so many gold buyers writing. Im scared. Don’t rob me.

You aren’t highlighting anything. You agreed to clear a raid. When the item you wanted didn’t drop, you threw a tantrum. “I want free gold to compensate me for my time!” the child cries.

But no one listens.

I’ll be real. I just don’t like GDKPers. “house cuts” “VIPs” and some dudes on a discord running more financial reports than my CPA just rubs me the wrong way.

NOT IN MY GAME NOOBS

considering you are blacklisted like 8 times over in bene disc and are known for freaking out and telling people to self harm/you hope their kids die, I dont think anyone is going to mind you not being in their groups.

As soon as the gold has left the bot and entered the bags of a buyer, it is injected.
Gold is used for everything in game, it’s not a GDKP exclusive-use currency.
Mounts, professions & mats, consumables (and their excessive use in things like raids/BGs), overpriced BOEs, crafted resist gear etc etc.
Ban bots, ban RMT.

This guy sounds like an upstanding citizen who would NEVER ever buy gold.

i am just shocked he would be advocating for the loot system that lets him buy his way past having to be a semi decent person

Masterloot? Pretty sure the majority of classic wants ML… it’s all GDKP is at heart, only adding an auction aspect.

Typically incompetent or indecent people like to take shortcuts. I wonder what OP’s character is like.

Here’s the issue, WoW is an infinite currency game you dunce. And when you have bots on 24/7 farming RAW gold in INFINITE quantities that wouldn’t necessarily be a problem because the bots just hoard the gold on a banker. But when these infinite quantities of gold (because literally a bot can kill infinite mobs for infinite currency) exchange hands using currency OUTSIDE the system…AKA Real money transactions this now creates a huge problem, gold that was farmed illegally through hitting (infinite time, currency, you get the picture by now I hope Forest Dunce) mobs is now being given to a player and thus enters the economy of WoW.

Now this still wouldn’t necessarily be a problem, except now that buyer goes and purchases 1000 gold worth of items in a GDKP and spread the gold that was never meant to see the light of day(because it wasn’t obtained by an actual human) into the economy of WoW.
