A Character you create not to be a hero, but to be a mount to your other characters.
I would love to create and customize a Centaur lady to be my ground mount!
Or imagine it: Creating your own Dragon! And naming him Bob! Full name Bobormu. Then your main summons Bob and flies into the sky!

There’s no need for either. Us riding sentient creatures and people is nothing new. Dragons? Gronnlings? The Monk Class Mount that talks to you?

Custom mounts sounds cool. I guess we kinda got a prototype of that with those paintable mech tigers on Mechagon.

Customizable mounts would be cool. Instead of 5 different drops for the same type, only with a different style or color. The customization could even be a drop itself.
Blizzard is at least a decade behind when it comes to customization options of any kind.
If you want someone to mount you all you have to do is ask.
