Fun thought what if Blizzard put in a Side quest for Topper McNabb in the next expansion where you Give him gold every so many levels and eventually at end game content he can become a follower/Pet? Thoughts?

Topper McNabb should be a leading hero in a new raid called the Burger Citadel where we chase down a epic burger thief and his burger minions which then culminates into a end boss who is a clown.
There’s also a dungeon boss called the Burger King who is eaten by Topper 
Unfortunately Topper dies while fighting the indigestion boss. 
Jokes aside, I really hope some day, we find out he has been a spy for some baddie, or hidden observer from the future or something.

Topper has been begging for a burger for 15 years. I hope he gets his wish in the future.
I’m honestly surprised he hasn’t died from starvation yet.
That’s my point. 15 years and he hasn’t starved, hasn’t been put in the Stockades for vagrancy, and also hasn’t pan-handled enough to rise out of poverty.
He’s just there, patiently watching the comings and goings of the Trade District. He RP’s as a ragged homeless because most people don’t see them or actively ignore their presence.
I don’t trust him.
