I thought of something that I don’t think we’ve seen before for a new raid mechanic for healers. Something like “vicarious healing”. Right now most healing is pretty whack-a-mole, but a boss could put out a pair of debuffs where one player takes damage but overhealing the other is the only way to save them, with aoe heals not affecting them. Or alternatively you could have a scenario where the raid/players is/are unhealable but one person can soak a mechanic or stand in a specific spot where healing them splashes to others.
