For a month now, I’ve been trying to get help. I’ve never seen a company refuse me giving them money as much as Blizzard is. I’ve tried posting here, and got told my monitor isn’t plugged in. I posted on Reddit and got no response. I’ve submitted a ticket, and got an auto response to check the forums. Absolutely useless.
Every time I open WoW, it crashes on the very first pixel that loads in. I have tried the following:
Removing addons
Reinstalling WoW (multiple times)
Reinstalling Battle.net launcher
If you google this, you’ll find an old reddit thread with the -d3d11 fix. I’ve tried this.
Booting up WoW from the desktop shortcut, not launcher, and as admin.
Scan & repair in the Battle.net launcher WoW settings menu
Obviously re-setting PC
Updating motherboard and graphics card
And my personal favorite, which I just got done doing, RE-INSTALLING WINDOWS.
This has not happened prior to a month ago, and ever since then, I cannot run this game. All I want is to play this game but I’m not going to pay money if I can’t even open it.
If anybody has any useful advice on how to make the game run, I’m considering paying for IT support at this point.
Please let me know. Thank you.
Sounds like we are going to need more information, as it sounds like your computer might not meet specs. A DXDIAG might help. You can look up how to run one, paste it to pastebin, then how to paste the link back here bypassing the trust level block. But essentially for a player help forum, which is what this is, we need to know with what hardware you are running and what errors you got.

Makes total sense, forgive my lack of remembering to do this due to my anger.
Here’s the pastebin link: https://pastebin.com/CxAR5KdR
Thank you in advance.
lots of Unknowns in the report. like ----
Display Memory: Unknown
Dedicated Memory: n/a
Shared Memory: n/a
should be something like this -----
i have 20gb of ram so half goes to the Intel(R) UHD Graphics
(have an 11th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i3-1115G4)
Display Memory: 10259 MB
Dedicated Memory: 128 MB
Shared Memory: 10131 MB
Some Windows Update errors also. Wonder if this might help.
- Reset the Windows Store Cache:
- Press
Windows Key + R
, type wsreset.exe
, and press Enter.
- This will clear the Store’s cache.
- Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter:
- Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
- Run the “Windows Update” troubleshooter.
No dice sadly.
Do you guys think that it’s worth re-seating my RAM? Maybe that can help with the n/as and unknowns?
Couldn’t hurt, but my guess is if the ram was not seated correctly the machine would not recognize it as installed, or would not boot with a mobo error.

use DDU and then reinstall your graphic card’s driver
as someone else pointed out, your dxdiag probably shouldn’t be giving you so many “unknown”
Just did exactly this, no luck. Re-did my dxdiag and still showing the unknowns.
Not quite what you were told. Looking back on your previous post what they said is your monitor isn’t plugged into your GPU. According to the dxdiag you posted then and the one you posted here your monitor is plugged into you motherboard, not your GPU. Right now your computer is using your CPUs integrated gfx. You’ll want to plug your monitor into your gfx card.

You have your monitor plugged onto your motherboard instead of the GPU.
Your internal GPU isn’t enough or is not compatible with WOW. Plug it like Battlecruisr picture says.
