Sorry not sorry for those that like it - hot take - I don’t.
It’s contributing to gold buying.
I’d like to see it killed in Anniversary.

I think we should remove all lines of code from the game to combat RMT. It’s the only way we can save the games integrity!
I wouldn’t mind the hardcore route of 1 instance lockout per day for each 5 man dungeon.
Those action bars
Had a great laugh but I’m sure there’s someone out there who does these kinds of things.
What is this even supposed to mean?
You don’t like boosting, so you want it killed. Makes sense.
I disagree, but I appreciate and value your opinion. Maybe they can go ahead and kill whatever people who play Anniversary realms want killed. They banned GDKPs, and they have Dual Spec, so why not?
The only issue I really have with any of these things is that there are no other fresh options, though that’s relatively OK, since Classic Era exists and we can just go play there. Start new characters whenever we want.
So the only actual issue would be if any of the changes made to other versions impact Classic Era, which they do. So, I’d just like a single server that removes all the changes the Classic team has added to Era since launch in 2019.
Whatever was done in SoM or SoD was better for the game as a whole.
If any player is ‘gray’ to the final boss (that’s what I’d do, rather than the trash), the XP gain for anybody in the party tanks.
It’s still possible to buy a boost for quests or for specific items, and it still leaves ‘spellcleave’ parties as an option, but paying Level 60s while you AFK at zone-in becomes less of a thing.
and yes, I paid 3G for (2) runs through Stockades to get all 5 quests done in <15 minutes on my Alliance Druid and Warlock
Love that idea. I honestly wish it was the standard for all classic servers, including Classic Era.
Another possibility might be temporarily lowering a character’s level to appropriately match the instance they’re inside of, leaving any potential booster character as weak as the characters who actually need to run that dungeon.
Sometimes I want to join parties running dungeons well below my level in Classic but I don’t want to be overpowered, and I don’t want to lessen the other players’ experience gains for inviting me.
If boosting annoys you now, wait until the TBC pre-patch drops.
I agree. The first step was getting rid of GDKP. Boosting needs to go as well.
Got it, so what is your alternative to leveling alts?
It’s a 20 year old game. It’s not fresh 12 year olds playing wow, it’s mostly the same folks who played it back in 2004, 20 years later, with stable jobs, families, things to do.
Leveling once, specially over the holidays with days off, etc, no problem.
Leveling more characters like the first one? hell no. I will pay for boosting starting at level 10 until at least level 50 for all the serious alts I want to raid or PVP with at 60.
This is not a player driven issue, it’s a game driven issue. The leveling experience is fine - to do it once.
I hate this guys voice with a passion. He talks so slow. Does he have mental health issues?
Oh, hes just EU
We need boosting changes Blizzard please.
Another “i don’t like the way other people play in their sandbox” post like we don’t have enough of those.
Are you not against the gold buying and boosting?
Yes boosting is right next to GDKP as something that needs to go.
Play the game the way it’s designed to be played?
If you don’t have time for that then don’t play. You’re right, not a lot of people have the time to do that anymore. That’s ok, MMOs aren’t for them. Nobody is forcing you to play WoW.
Big bumps.
