How many times in an arena round can a mage use iceblock?

Well, Arcane and Fire have access to one, and Frost can reset the CD with Cold Snap every 5 minutes.

Twice. Frost resets it with coldsnap after hypothermia wears off, which is either 30s or a minute. Fire/arcane could block super early and maybe get the cd reduced enough with shifting power to use it again in that timeframe. I feel like you’re talking about frost though.

Frost can be kind of annoying because between knock, db, polymorphs, invis wall, slows, alter, you get a window and they block, then they have another and if you’re on a timer then often the Mage just doesn’t seem like an appealing target for some lineups.

My last game against a mage in the arena he used ice block 3 times, there was a distance between the first and second cast (as I remember). But from the second to the third, the second barely ended and he already went to the third ice block.
Dunno what to do, should i report him?

Well, in the first case there’s the CD of the ability itself which I think is 4 minutes, which can be reduced by shifting power (?), the night fae thing, so sounds like he blocked, didn’t snap, then snapped for a third block after his second one came up naturally.
Kind of an issue here because when you use Ice Block you can’t do it again for 30 seconds.

Yeah, very strange, I don’t play with a timer, but I’m sure of that, he used the 3rd ice block in a very, very, very, very short time (10s? 7s? dunno but something like it)
And ice block is a very easy CD to track, like hunter’s turtle…
30 seconds can feel like a lifetime when it’s your cd and feel like nothing at all when its something else’s.
